Hi Everyone, I am so glad that you are here to visit our page. I hope that we are able to impart some of our experiences and knowledge in the field of career development to help you achieve your own personal success.

The career development process is something that is near and dear to me. Essentially, it changed my life. Like many people, I struggled trying to find my path. Between changed majors, numerous jobs, and many sacrifices- I was able to find a career that I am truly passionate about. I absolutely love being able to stay connected with people, to help people with career concerns, and to be a part of a team of people who have the same goals.

I had my first “aha” moment when I read about theories and strategies in career development that I realized I had intuitively done throughout my life. Knowing that there was a name and a theorist for things that I had done on my own made me feel like I had found my path. As you read the information that we share, you may discover that you are already doing things for your own career success without even realizing it! Our aim is to educate, motivate, and support you throughout this process so that you can take action and ownership of your career.
